Before anything is built, she takes in everything and looks at it through every angle until she finds the view no one in the room had considered: the one that shows where the plan will break, and where it could go instead. Then she designs the structure around that, so it is built once, for scale.

- Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences. Restructured, with new HR, IT and communications departments and corporate policies; she prepared the new strategy presented to the Amir of Kuwait.
- National Technology Enterprises Company, the Kuwait Investment Authority's technology subsidiary. She established its Group Strategy Development Office and turned strategy into five-year objectives and KPIs, with every subsidiary aligned behind them.
Earlier, she originated and structured regional investments at Gulf Investment Corporation, owned by the six GCC states. Vice Chairman of Sharq Capital Holding since 2014.
Since 2009, she has started things.
- An art enterprise that turned more than SAR 1.2 million in profit in its first three years.
- A travel company, built with a partner from 2015 into one of the first licensed cultural tourism operators in Saudi Arabia: 400+ journeys across eight regions and dedicated guest units for government clients.
- A group around it: heritage hospitality that secured the first private investment in AlUla, and property management, taken to audited accounts and institutional due diligence.
- And now she studies it: PhD candidate in AI and Entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School.
She uses AI the way others use a team.
She is not a developer. Since December 2022 she has designed, built and run the AI system her companies operate on, and with it she has shipped software, produced board papers and investor documents, written research and run a company: work that would otherwise take a team.
She teaches executives and their teams to do the same, with people accountable for what it produces.

As CEO of Sakhr Software she leads the transition: Arabic language engines benchmarked against open and frontier models, priorities reset on the evidence, governance over proprietary data, and four linguist teams under her direction. Board-level strategy, with hands-on oversight of R&D, linguistics and operations.
